What has the Annual Operating Plan got to do with *Inclusion*

In the new Primary School Reform in Denmark inclusion is a standing issue. Inclusion is about the children’s communities, about being comfortable and happy at school, and about learning and development for all children. But where do you start?

A good place to start could be the creation of an Annual Operating Plan – and why is that?
With the longer and more variable days at school, it seems obvious to establish and combine including learning environments with focus on professional skills and on how the children are feeling. Furthermore, the long school day makes heavy demands on the teacher’s planning skills.
This is where the Annual Operating Plan comes in and support the teacher in including the people around a class or the pupils.

If this inclusion is going to work, it is making heavy demands on the level of information. The Annual Operating Plan from PLANDISC is enabling the teacher/the Kindergarten teacher to have their own circle in the Annual Operating Plan. With the Annual Operating Plan from PLANDISC it is possible to create a lot of circles and thereby include more subjects etc.
You can add the Annual Operating Plan from PLANDISC to the Intranet or the school’s blog making the Annual Operating Plan for the class accessible to everyone. One of the advantages by adding the Annual Operating Plan to the school’s Intranet is that it gives the parents the possibility of following the curriculum and thereby giving them the opportunity to give their comments and to contribute actively to the business planning – INCLUSION

With the Annual Operating Plan from PLANDISC it is possible for you to create the Annual Operating Plan according to your own needs and this with only a few clicks.
