Plandisc Support for the Silver, Gold & Platinum Packages

According to our customers, Plandisc is easy to start with and intuitive to use. But questions will always occur, and when they do, there are several channels you can use to get help and find answers. All Plandisc users have access to our official support channels. Since you have the Silver, Gold, or Platinum service package, you have access to extended onboarding and can book one or more follow-up support meetings.

Help center

In our help center you’ll find articles and guides sorted in different categories. They are updated regularly to make sure you’ll get the right answers.

Chat

The live chat is perfect when you need fast answers to short questions within the office hours. Click “Help” in the bottom right corner.

E-mail

Write us at info@plandisc.com if you have longer questions or when the chat is closed. Email is also good if you want a written response.

Telephone

Call us at +45 42 42 14 42 and speak to one of our support specialists. We speak English and can answer most questions right away.

Do you want customized support to get started with Plandisc?

With your subscription, you have access to basic, advanced, or full onboarding, depending on your service package.* One of our support specialists will help you and your colleagues get started with the tool, showing you how to set up the circular planner and presenting the most important features.

You also have the option to book at least one follow-up meeting after the onboarding. These are scheduled in consultation with one of our support specialists. Here, you can ask questions that have come up during use and get help with any potential problems.

What's Included in the Service Packages?

The service packages consist of a combination of onboarding and implementation of the tool, as well as subsequent support. The onboarding will help you get started with your circular planner and implement Plandisc in the organization. The table below compares what is included in the different packages. Weekly webinar We host a weekly online course on how to get started with Plandisc. Particularly suited for Bronze users.
Free support on all channels We offer free support via phone, e-mail, and chat for our customers.
Follow-up meetings Follow-up meetings are scheduled with a Plandisc consultant. Package 4 users are offered an unlimited amount of follow-up meetings.
Basic onboarding Silver users have access to basic onboarding. It covers one (1) 60-minute Introduction and onboarding meeting. The meeting provides a general walkthrough of the tool and best practices for getting started.
Advanced onboarding Gold users have access to advanced onboarding. It covers an onboarding process tailor-suited for the customer, with an intro meeting, help setting up the Enterprise Template and Theme, and a set of onboarding meetings.
Full onboarding Platinum users have access to full onboarding. It covers the same as package 3, plus onboarding for a selected project group and for specific departments. The number of follow-up meetings is also unlimited.
Personal consultant Plandisc dedicates a consultant to the customer that is available for sparring when needed.
Company landing page Plandisc offers a company-specific landing page from which customers can learn tips and tricks and order seats for their license.
