Plandisc Service and Support in English

Plandisc is a great and, according to many, very intuitive tool.  But when you run into problems, we’re here for you. A service package with onboarding, implementation and support is included in your subscription.  There are several support channels to choose from, depending on the type of problem you’re experiencing:

Help center

Find the answers in our help center. Here, you’ll find articles sorted into different categories and they’re updated regularly.

Chat

Our live chat is perfect when you need quick answers. You’ll find the chat by clicking “Help” in the bottom right corner

E-mail

Email us at info@plandisc.com. Suitable for longer questions, when the chat is closed, or when you want to keep the answer.

Telephone

Call us at +45 42 42 14 42 and speak to our support specialists. We speak English and we can answer most questions.

We host a weekly onboarding webinar designed to give you the best possible start with Plandisc. During this session, you’ll receive a general walkthrough of the platform along with a series of best-practice tips.

The first 30 minutes cover the essential features and key benefits of planning with Plandisc, ensuring you get a strong foundation. The second half focuses on advanced functionalities, particularly those tailored for Enterprise agreements (multiple users). After each segment, there will be time for questions.

The webinar is conducted in Danish and lasts approximately 60 minutes. To sign up, simply choose a week that fits your schedule from the options below. Click on your preferred time slot, fill in your contact details, and you’ll receive an invitation via email.
