You can share your plandisc publicly — for example, on your website or intranet — and control whether viewers can see the entire plandisc or only specific rings.
- Click “Share
- Choose “Embed/link”
- Edit the title if necessary
- Choose which rings to share
- Select the viewing mode your annual wheel should have
- Protect your plandisc with a password if needed
- Optionally, allow viewers to navigate freely within the plandisc's time frame, or set a custom time frame for what they see.
- Click on Create
The public view of the plandisc is now ready to be shared. This can be done in two ways:
- Via HTML code, the plandisc can be shared on websites and intranet platforms such as SharePoint.
- Via a direct URL link, the plandisc can be shared in an email or added to Microsoft Teams as a link.
Create multiple public views
You can create multiple public views of your plandisc, allowing you to, for example, show one ring on your website while sharing the entire plandisc with your colleagues.
- Click on "Create New" at the top left
- Follow the steps from the guide above to create the new view
