A strong planning structure requires good support. We have created a flexible support system based on your service package and have gathered it in this space.

Flexible support

Plandisc is easy and intuitive to use, but questions may still arise. Because different companies have different needs, we offer a range of open support channels. Our support specialists are available via chat and phone every weekday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Fridays 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

What is included in the service packages?

Your Plandisc subscription includes a service package that combines onboarding, implementation, and support. All Plandisc users have free access to our open support channels which are mentioned above. In addition, you receive support based on your service package. You are assigned one when you purchase Plandisc, and you can see your current service package in the tool

Silver, Gold & Platinum

Personalized support

All Plandisc users have free access to the open support channels. You can also access personal support meetings if you have a Silver, Gold, or Platinum service package.

A personal support meeting can be part of your onboarding. Our support specialists will show you and your colleagues how to get started with the tool, best set up your circular planner and get the most out of Plandisc in your organization.

Follow-up meetings serve as ongoing implementation, where you can ask any questions that arise when using the annual wheel in your work. The number of support meetings you can book depends on your service package.
