Vi er Plandisc
Plandisc er verdens første digitale årshjul. Årshjulet giver et cirkulært overblik over alle årets aktiviteter, og samtidig er det både interaktivt og delbart, hvilket gør det til et perfekt samarbejdsværktøj. Det er ideelt til at visualisere organisationens rytme og derved skabe en høj transparens på tværs af afdelinger i en organisation. Gevinsten ved en høj transparens er, at det nedbryder de siloer, som mange organisationer slås med.
Plandisc er en dansk virksomhed. Oprindeligt blev Plandisc udviklet som et planlægningsværktøj for skoler, men kort tid efter lanceringen begyndte organisationer fra forskellige brancher at tilmelde sig. Derfor er vi fortsat med at innovere værktøjet og udvikle funktioner, som understøtter planlægningsprocessen i mange forskellige typer af organisationer og virksomheder.
Grundlæggende tror vi på, at planlægning er en cyklisk proces, der gentager sig år efter år. Organisationer placerer typisk møder i et specifikt mønster, hvilket vi kalder organisationens rytme. Plandisc-værktøjet er med til at optimere denne proces, da det er nemt at få et samlet overblik over alle årets aktiviteter. Endvidere er det nemt at gentage sidste års aktiviteter og tilføje eventuelle ændringer. Vi mener, at det er på tide at gøre op med den statiske årsplan, for dermed at spare ressourcer og fokusere på at optimere den cykliske planlægningsproces.
