An activity disc shows a process that repeats. Use it when your plan is not tied to months or years, for example a project model or an organization chart.
Activity discs are available on Pro, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus subscriptions.
Set your own units
In an activity disc, you decide what each unit means. For example:
- Phases of a project
- Departments in an organization
Use three types of rings
- Activity ring – for activities and other content
- Header ring – sits on top of a ring and makes it easier to see what it contains, for example for titles
- Ring from other plandisc – shows rings shared from your own or other users' circular calendars
Build the disc together
- Give other users access to edit the same activity disc
- Share an activity ring with other users
- Use the same activity ring in several circular calendars. Insert it as a synchronized ring and it updates everywhere automatically.
- Protect confidential content with a password, on the whole disc or on single rings
