Enterprise groups
As an administrator for an enterprise, you have the option of dividing the users of the enterprise into groups. This will make it easier to share your plandisc' with a select group of people instead of individuals. You can also make some of your colleagues group administrators so that they can compose and manage the groups themselves.
- Go to enterprise

- Go to Users
- Here you can create groups by clicking +
- Choose a name, color and description for the group

- Add users to the group. To be added to a group, the person must be part of the enterprise. Remember to add yourself to the groups where you need to be able to share your plandisc'.

- You can always change the setup of the group, delete it or add more users.

- You also have the option of making your colleagues group administrators. This means they can add people or change the setup of the group.

- When you want to share your plandisc with collaborators, you can choose to share the plandisc with the group instead of individuals.
