Add plandisc to enterprise dashboard

If you are the administrator of an enterprise agreement, you have the ability to create and manage an enterprise dashboard. This makes it easy for others in the company to see all relevant plandisc in one place. As an administrator you can give rights to manage the enterprise dashboard to one or more colleagues, so that they can share their own plandisc for the dashboard.

 

To get started creating an enterprise dashboard, you must first be an administrator of an enterprise, and you must give yourself or others permission to edit the enterprise dashboard.

  • Go to "Enterprise"

  • Click on User tabel

  • Click on "all features" on the person you want to give access to the dashboard

  • Tick "Enterprise dashboard manager" and press save

  • Go to design and click "manage"

  • Click "Enabled"
  • Give your dashboard a name, a description and a logo and click save

  • Select the plandisc that you want featured on the dashboard. You can add your own plandisc and plandisc' that are shared with you, with full admin access
  • Click "Share" and "Embed/Link"

  • Click "Add to enterprise dashboard"

Share your enterprise dashboard with a link

  • Go to enterprise

  • Copy the link

  • Send the link to the people who should be able to see your enterprise dashboard or post it on your intranet. Your enterprise dashboard will automatically be visible to the other users on the enterprise, who can access it directly from their Plandisc user.

 

Custom color palette

As an admin you can create a mutual color palette for the enterprise. By doing this, all circular calendars created on the enterprise license will have the same color palette. This ensures a homogeneous graphic expression and it's easier to make plandiscs that are brand consistent. 

 

  • Click Enterprise

  • Click "Create" under Custom color palette

  • Now you can define the color palette of your enterprise license.

All circular calendars created on the enterprise license will have these background colors. The colors of the activities will also be defined based this color palette.

Add a logo to the enterprise

  • Click on the pen to change the logo

Add a primary enterprise template

  • Go to the plandisc you wish to make into a primary enterprise template. This template will be visible on the dashboard for all the users in the enterprise. 
  • Click "share" and "Add as Enterprise template"

  • Go to enterprise

  • Choose the plandisc you want as a template and click save

Add users through Plandisc user administration

  • Go to Enterprise
  • Go to user table
  • Type in the email on the user you want to add and click "Add user"

Administrate user roles

As an administrator for a plandisc enterprise you have the possibility to change the user roles of the other people on the enterprise. You can customize which functionalities the users are allowed to use. You do it by removing or adding ticks next to the various functionalities. As an example you can decide whether the users can use our synchronizations, add files or share their plandisc.
