Create your Plandisc in Outlook
Plandisc’s Outlook integration makes it easy to transfer meetings and activities from your Outlook calendar to the circular calendar. This optimizes your planning process, as it is only necessary to insert the meeting or activity into one platform. Once the Outlook synchromizing is done, the Plandisc calendars and rings will be displayed under “my calendars” in Outlook. Simply select the calendar or ring you would like, and the meeting or activity appears in that selection. It’s that easy!
Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams
The Plandisc can be easily embedded in your organization’s website, intranet, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint or another platform via an iframe code to enable employees and stakeholders to navigate the plan, view activities and open attachments.
A Plandisc can be embedded two ways: Either visible to all in a read-only mode, or directly in Microsoft Teams so an open browser and logging into your Plandisc account are not required to make edits to your calendar.
Display the Plandisc in Powerpoint presentations is of course also possible.
