With the business growing, Marketing Manager Pauliina Lekberg began searching for a clear and easy-to-maintain planning tool, ideally a circular planner. Lounea organizes several events for corporate customers throughout Finland each year, and with the circular planner, Pauliina wanted to get a visual overview of these events as well as other activities.

Previously, all plans were presented in multi-slide PowerPoint presentations, which made it difficult to get the desired overview. Various native PowerPoint templates were tested, but the simple pie chart models did not meet their needs. Plandisc ultimately solved these planning and visualization challenges by offering a user-friendly and flexible planning tool that allowed events to be organized into a single view and ensured that all different sales regions received equal consideration.

"Certain events are repeated annually in certain locations, and for those, I have used the Plan Again feature. This has allowed me to move events to the following year and make only the necessary adjustments, which has sped up the planning process considerably and saved time," Pauliina sums up.
