Rhythm of business
With plandisc you can now map your rhythm of business and thereby create transparency in the organization. All information about activities and meetings is stored in Outlook, but the information is not available to everyone and it can be very difficult to access or overview of meetings that you have not called yourself.
A plandisc contains information on the most important activities, processes and meetings throughout the year. In a large organization it may be relevant to have one plandisc per department, e.g. an HR plandisc that shows the most important HR processes, or a financial year plandisc that shows the budget process with relevant deadlines.
