Plandisc Support for the Bronze Service Package

Plandisc is simple and intuitive to use, but doubts and questions are inevitable. This is where your service package comes in handy. The service package consists of onboarding, implementation, and support. When you’re trying to solve problems, depending on the scope of the issue, you have different channels to choose between. As a Plandisc user, you have access to our official support channels.

Find the answers in our help center. Here, you’ll find articles and guides sorted into different categories, which are updated regularly.

Our live chat is perfect when you want fast answers to short questions. You’ll find the chat by clicking “Help” in the bottom right corner.

Get Started with Plandisc - Participate in a Webinar

We host weekly onboarding webinars. Here, you’ll get an introduction to Plandisc and a general walkthrough of the program to help you get started using the circular planner. The first 30 minutes cover the basics and key features, as well as the advantages of using Plandisc. In the second half, we focus on features specific to Enterprise licenses. After each part, there will be time to ask questions.

The webinar is in English and lasts approximately 60 minutes. You sign up by choosing the week that suits you below. Click on the desired date and time, then fill in your contact details, and an invitation will be sent to your e-mail.

What's Included in the Bronze Service Package?

Your service package is a combination of onboarding, implementation, and support. With the Bronze package, you have access to our open service and support channels (chat, email, and telephone). You’ll have onboarding through a webinar as well as access to user manuals and our help center.

The Help Center is full of articles, videos, and guides to help you get to know the tool and its many features. The user manual is sent to you by email, but you’re always welcome to contact us via chat or email to request a new one. You can also download it here.

Online Help Center Access to our online training material.
Weekly webinar We host a weekly online course on how to get started with Plandisc. Particularly suited for Bronze users.
Free support on all channels We offer free support via phone, e-mail, and chat for our customers.
Follow-up meetings Follow-up meetings are scheduled with a Plandisc consultant. Package 4 users are offered an unlimited amount of follow-up meetings.
Basic onboarding Silver users have access to basic onboarding. It covers one (1) 60-minute Introduction and onboarding meeting. The meeting provides a general walkthrough of the tool and best practices for getting started.
Advanced onboarding Gold users have access to advanced onboarding. It covers an onboarding process tailor-suited for the customer, with an intro meeting, help setting up the Enterprise Template and Theme, and a set of onboarding meetings.
Full onboarding Platinum users have access to full onboarding. It covers the same as package 3, plus onboarding for a selected project group and for specific departments. The number of follow-up meetings is also unlimited.
Personal consultant Plandisc dedicates a consultant to the customer that is available for sparring when needed.
Company landing page Plandisc offers a company-specific landing page from which customers can learn tips and tricks and order seats for their license.
